Registration Fees
Registration fee includes accommodation and full board for the three days of the conference!
850€ (early bird fee, until 21st November 2025)
900€ (late registration fee, until 19th December 2025)
Due to space limitations, presenters of submitted abstracts will be offered registration priority. If you would like to attend without presenting any work, please send us an email.
Note that accommodation consists of shared double rooms.

- Acceptance of abstracts: 26th October 2025
- Early bird registration end: 21st November 2025
- Late registration end: 19th December 2025
